The Story of Charlton Street

I live in New York City and love its history. I wrote this article (click link at right) for my neighbors on Charlton Street, one of the city's oldest residential blocks. We can truly say that George Washington, John Adams, Aaron Burr, Edna St. Vincent Millay, Paul Robeson and Aaron Copland lived here. Perhaps my article will inspire others to write about their communities.
